Advancement Operations

This department will be responsible for the processing of all gifts, routine maintenance of gift records, fund creation and reporting. Additionally, this office is responsible for all electronic records management, advancement document retention, our document system, PaperSave, Advancement list serves, and Box access. Advancement operations is also the lead office for all work related to UR Online (BBNC), and all electronic email communications, and transactions within UR Online. We provide training opportunies for advancement collegues and university partners for each of these systems: PaperSave, Box, Advancement listserve (CATS), and UR Online.

Services We Provide:

  • Recording and receipting individual and corporate charitable contributions, including administration of the corporate matching gifts program
  • Training for the advancement database of record, The Raiser's Edge, as well as the alumni online community UR Online (BBNC)
  • Partnerships with offices throughout the University community to help provide and enhance services for alumni and other constituents
  • Reconciliation of funds and gifts with Business and Finance
  • Deploy email communications to alumni and parent constituencies 
  • Management of of the imaginig database, PaperSave
  • Payment Card Industry (PCI) and other industry related training
