Rector's Garden Party

On June 5, 2008, more than 300 University of Richmond benefactors gathered at the Jepson Alumni Center to attend the annual Rector’s Club Garden Party.  President Edward L. Ayers and the Board of Trustees hosted the event to thank our generous donors - students, alumni, parents, faculty, staff and friends - for their outstanding commitment to the University.  We celebrated Virginia at this year’s event with locally grown produce and flowers, regional culinary delights, and music to showcase Virginia’s beach and bluegrass musical heritage.
