Advancement Support Hub
As of July 2025, Advancement Services uses a ticketing application on SpiderTechNet to manage requests and questions related to Advancement tools – ArachNet and UR Online/BBIS. This ticketing system replaces the Request for Information form previously housed in OnBase, the Gift Documentation and New Fund Request forms previously housed in Dynamic Forms, and several public inboxes, such as asadmn, advops, and advobit.

Information Requests and Troubleshooting
- Advancement data request, e.g. mail or email list
- ArachNet assistance, e.g. query/export
- General record questions (no changes needed)
- BBIS/UR Online assistance, e.g. build event registration page
- ArachNet or BBBIS/UR Online error
Constituent and Database Updates
- Add or update constituent in ArachNet
- Bulk data addition/upload
- Large scale data clean-up
